Job Description




Provide timely and effective support to the assigned customer base with regards to
application engineering issues. Include (but is not limited to) conducting
demonstrations to customers.
Ensure customer satisfaction with results.
Assist Regional Business Managers as well as Key Account Technologists to reach
Closure on sign-off.
Transfer new application capabilities from product division to customer and
Customer Service Division. Coordinate customer presentation through KAT and BM and divisional Total Product Support.
Maintain high level of technical expertise in assigned field via ongoing training, both internal and external to Applied.                                                  
Performs other duties as assigned





Thorough knowledge of Chemistry/Physics/Characterization of assigned area;

> Basic knowledge of system hardware and application interactions of assigned area;

> Knowledge of Wafer Fabrication operators.

> Knowledge of “Statistical Application Control(SPC) on system metrics.



BE/B.Tech, ME/M.Tech specialised in Material Science/Metallurgy/Micro-Electronics/Solid-State Physics
