Responsibilities and Accountabilities

You will be responsible for hands-on, pre-sales role as part of the Sun Software Group Sales team. You will be required to:

o Actively participate in sales calls and presentations.
o Identify customer’s requirements for messaging / identity / desktop / data center software solutions.
o Perform a variety of tasks including product overviews, customized
presentations and demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, complex solution design, proposal development, advanced product evaluations and product feature/benefit discussion.
o Architect, design, justify and present enterprise solutions
o Assist sales rep in overcoming objections, modifying proposal content, and eventual solution provision
o Be the interface to the professional services team to assist in the transition from pre-sales to post-sales implementation.

You should be experienced in customer IT environments ranging from infrastructure to desktop to data center and be able to provide:

o high quality advice on the application of Solaris and Sun Java Enterprise System products to customer business requirements, including articulating the value proposition for Sun products.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Team Management: Responsible for managing a team of Personal Bankers on Phone handling Classic customers.

  • Lead the team of PBs on phone – Train & retain the team. Should be able to supervise & stimulate exemplary performance from team members
  • To drive productivity of the team to required levels.
  • Portfolio Management: Leading the team to achieve the laid down Cross Sell targets
  • To meet the Customer Satisfaction Parameters and meet the defined service standards.
  • Ensure delivery of competent and consistent customer service, monitor service standards and analyze results.
  • To meet productivity measure in terms of various portfolio quality parameters like sales to portfolio, income product holding, customer to group ratios etc
  • Revenue generation through cross selling of the banks products.
