Responsibilities

  • Job Profile:
  • 1. Overall responsibility of corporate banking clients and supply chain management accound post deal closure
  • 2. Handling all day to day client related operations / queries / issues
  • 3. Responsible for the growth in existing level of account income
  • 4. Handling referrals / deferrals / audit / legal
  • 5. Attending consortium calls and handle loan documetation
  • 6. Attending client meetings for business expansion / issue resolution
  • Requirements:
  • 1. At least one year exposure in client management including field visits
  • 2. Good communication, optimistic personality and good grasping capabilities
  • 3. Basic knowledge of financial concepts and banking products is required.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Master in Business Admin/Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration/Post Graduate Program in Management in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Position Regional Service Manager-HR

Responsibilities

  • The incumbent will be owner of entire HR delivery for the region (ie North India) and about 600+ employees in the assigned business units
  • It primarily involves:
  • Independently responsible for the entire recruitment process (using channels like bank’s website, jobsites, employee referral scheme, placement agencies & campus recruitment etc)
  • Taking care of new joinee induction
  • Driving mentorship programme of new joinees
  • Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) in the region for the employees for their queries/concerns etc

Objective of the job
To take care of all civil construction/site management activities at the construction site and coordination with the contractors/suppliers to ensure completion of project within time, cost & quality parameters.
Principal duties and responsibilities
  • Plan the construction schedule in consultation with cross functional project team.
  • Identification of inputs required for completion of the project within stipulated time and cost.
  • Liaison with internal departments/architecture/Engineering for smooth execution of the project.
