Job Description:

Prior experience in engineering product development preferred.

Ability to work in cross-functional environment with design engineering, manufacturing, marketing and business development teams.

Prior experience in supplier interaction (selection / qualification, development) essential.

Responsible for leading the program team and planning, execution for successful product development using Program Life Cycle (PLC) methodology.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.Knowledge of solar cell or integrated circuit manufacturing process desirable.

Qualifications

Qualification:Engineering degree (ME / EE / IE / Materials).

 

Experience:8+ years work experience (preferably 3+ years as Program Manager).

Responsibilities

  • Ability to understand and articulate customers explicit and implicit requirements
  • Excellent skills in translating these requirements into Requirements document and Solution Design
  • Manage and interact with Customers and be proactive in understanding and delivering value added solutions

 

Required skills

  • A good understanding of SQL on either SQL Server, Oracle DBs or mySQL
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills
  • Team player and proactive attitude
  • Ability to interface with the Technology and Analyst teams and articulate suitable technical and process tradeoffs to achieve client requirements
  • Familiarity with using Data Mapping and Design tools and methodologies
  • Prior experience in customer handling is a desirable

 

Desirable skills

  • Experience with database-backed reinsurance/supply chain intelligence domain, a plus
  • Experience in designing scalable and responsive databases for massive amounts of data
  • Exposure to data warehousing
  • Experience in writing Transact-SQL include stored procedure, trigger, view and schema definitions

 

Required experience

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in requirement analysis, GAP analysis, design, development and testing of complex applications. Should have been part of at least 1 large scale enterprise application and exposed to all phases of SDLC. Should have prior requirement analysis and customer interfacing experience

 

Education

  • Degree in Engineering, MCA or equivalent from a recognized university/institute.
