Sales Operations – Business Systems Administrator

We are looking for a Sales Operations Business Systems Administrator who will play a vital role within our Sales Operations group. Your primary function will be to participate in the development, integration, deployment and ongoing support of our Customer Identity Management (CID) program and Administration for EFI’s CRM project and related Sales and Marketing initiatives.  You’ll be instrumental in executing activities related to the management of the CRM information resources required to support the business objectives of the organization.  We are in the midst of an enterprise CRM implementation using as our technology platform, integrated with our existing SAP ERP platform.  This position reports directly to the Manager, Sales Operations Business Systems.


Customer Identity Management

* Possess a thorough understanding of the end-to-end vision for Sales and Marketing as it relates to CRM
* Possess a thorough understanding of all customer data touch points throughout the integrated CRM systems solution.
* Execute the implementation plan for the Customer Identity Management program definition.  This includes maintaining processes, policies, and standards.
* Data Migration: Participate in execution of the customer data integration from current legacy CRM systems to
* Maintain corporate data quality policy and process for our internal application as per established CID strategy and best practices.
* Support world wide Sales (OEM, Reseller, and Direct channels), Marketing, Technical Support and Professional Services organizations on topics relating     to Account and Contact data and territory management:
o Facilitate required Account transfers and Account/Contact merges
o Facilitate Territory re-alignments
o Work with managers on updating data transfers after territory changes
o Work sales and marketing teams to understand where data quality is lacking. Develop and implement strategies for data quality improvement.
o Set up/maintain Account hierarchies
o Populate missing data pertinent to territory management; address, site, revenue, employees
o Support regular data imports/updates.
