Experience: At least 3 years of IT related Proposal writing experience
Educational Background: Graduate/Post Graduate in any field

Skill Sets Required:
* Previous experience in preparing RFx templates and response
* Ability to write clearly and concisely (Candidates will be asked to provide samples)
* Good knowledge of English grammar, syntax, composition, and punctuation
* Familiarity with US English
* Ability to convert technical content into Business user content

Description of Function and Responsibilities:-

* Develop effective RFP and RFI Response Templates for different industries and solutions to speed up the proposal development process.
* Collect, aggregate, and organize existing proposals and RFPs/RFIs issued by clients, and make them available for reuse.
* Write proposal fragments or boilerplate material for use across different classes of proposals.
* Build a repository of standard responses from different internal groups to ensure consistency and faster turnaround of proposals globally and enable knowledge sharing.
* Develop a robust and effective Knowledge Management System focused on Solution Support. This includes building a repository of existing References, Case Studies, Proposal Responses, and other artifacts that can enhance Unisys competitiveness in the market.
* Establish sound metrics to capture the efficiency of the Knowledge Management System and publish them every quarter..
* Update the Knowledge Repository regularly, and communicate the same to a global audience.
* Work with Business Analysts and Onsite Solution Managers to help them respond to RFPs and unsolicited proposals..
* .Develop and maintain a repository of learning gathered from engagements with each customer, allowing Unisys to transfer what we did for one customer to another.
* Refine post-engagement knowledge aggregation to improve the next proposal in an area.
