1.  Lotus Notes Developers Mid-to-Senior Level

Required Skills:
– 2 – 4 Hard Core PROGRAMMING Experience in Developing Applications using Lotus Script in Domino R5/R6/R7.
– Solid HTML, AJAX, JavaScript, and CSS experience
– Good understanding of relational databases
– Excellent Verbal English Communication Skills
– Attitude for self learning and problem solving
– Knowledge of Unit Testing, Integration Testing and System Testing
– Responsible for individual applications

Desired Skills:
– Knowledge of developing and consuming web services in Lotus Notes
– Proven experience with XML, XSLT, JSPs and Servlets
– Experience using relational databases

2. PHP Developers Mid-to-Senior Level

Required Skill Set:
– Good Communication Skills
– 1-2 years Experience in developing software on PHP My Sql
– Solid LAMP, HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, and CSS experience
– Excellent Verbal English Communication Skills
– Attitude for self learning and problem solving

Desired for Requirement:
– Experience in Flash scripting, APACHE, XML, and Other Graphic Libraries.

3. .Net Developers Mid-to-Senior Level

Required Skills:
– 2 – 4 Hard Core PROGRAMMING Experience with C#, VB.Net, ASP.NET, VS 2005
– Should be familiar with Microsoft application building blocks
– Experience in developing COM/DCOM/COM+ components
– MS SQL Server 2000 / Oracle
– Solid HTML, JavaScript, AJAX and CSS experience
– Good understanding of relational databases
– EXCELLENT Verbal English Communication Skills
– Attitude for self learning and problem solving
– Unit Testing, Integration Testing and System Testing
– Knowledge of developing and consuming web services
– Responsible for individual modules

Desired Skills:
