Job Profile
Here’s a quick look at what will be expected of the Infrastructure Developer:

1. Implementation of MySQL Replication and Master Slave architecture for Database Scaling
2. Study and Document server settings on Apache Tomcat and MySQL
3. Implement Performance tuning and Optimization of Apache Tomcat
4. Study MySQL queries, stored procedures and indexing process and implement performance tuning and optimization of MySQL based on the study
5. Manage and fine tune Database connection pool
6. Optimization of Storage Server for quicker media serving
7. Study and Tune Production Release process

Essential Skills
1. Hands on experience of atleast 1 year on Servlets, JSPs, Tomcat
2. Good Database skills and experience with MySQL
3. Good Troubleshooting and Communication Skills

Desired Skills
1. Good understanding of Tomcat & MySQL performance tuning / optimization in Linux environment

The position requires you to work closely with some of the senior developers in the existing team to implement the above. In short, we’re not looking at experience in doing the above but rather the inclination to learn and implement quickly.
