VC++/COM or J2EE technologies, 3+ yrs, product company, co-founded with Sabeer Bhatia – InstaColl, Bangalore

InstaColl is a Bangalore-based product company that we co-founded with Sabeer Bhatia as an attempt to answer a fundamental question –
“Can we build a Hotmail (or Google/Skype/Ebay) out of India (not ‘for India’)?!”
For the past eighteeen months, we have been building out a software product that is truly unique and innovative and have come a long way towards achieving this goal with over 100,000 users and several blue-chip pilot customers .

As we unfurl additional elements in our product road-map over the next few months, we are looking to add a small number of smart go-getters with a passion for working for working in start-ups to our core team. Specifically, we are looking for folks with at least 3 years experience in VC++/COM or J2EE technologies. All positions will involve fundamental research and application of bleeding edge technologies (several of which we have pioneered ourselves) and a direct involvement in developing and rolling out the product roadmap and associate business stragies (with substantial interaction with Sabeer Bhatia, who is the chairman of the company).

As we recently closed a substantial round of venture funding, our compensation packages are probably among the best in the industry!

If this is of interest, please get in touch with me at sumanthr@instacoll.com. Kindly mention “JobMilan” in your mail subject lines.

Cheers,
Sumanth
