Position::

Senior Systems Analyst

Technical Skills ::

 

Good Technical competencies in Mainframe Technologies i.e. CICS / DB2 / VSAM / MQ / COBOL

and tools like FILE ID / XPEDITER / ENDEVOR / SPUFI

Strong CICS, MQ series, Good Technical Leadership and good in activities like High Level Design,

System Testing, UAT and Implementation, Delivery capability almost wholly in IBM Mainframe

areas, Experience of Change Delivery

SAP R/3 AFS domain knowledge and ABAP experience

Visual Basic and SQL Server experience

Domain::

 

Must possess complete knowledge of Apparel & Footwear Sector (AFS) and Consumer Retail Domain.

Experience::

 

2+ years Relevant Experience in Mainframe Technologies

Qualification::

 

Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent

Woburn, MA

Job Description::

 

Candidate should have Expertise in Design, Development, Testing, Implementation and

Maintenance of Projects on Mainframe Technologies in Apparel and Footwear Domain.

Roles and responsibilities:

Candidate will be involved in Development, Coding and Testing.

Must complete the assigned work in time with high quality.

Need to work closely with other team members with contentiously increasing productivity.

Coding standards are a plus.

Customer interaction for documenting and designing software applications

The skills required are:

Must have good working knowledge of Cobol and Mainframe application development

In-depth knowledge of Comprehensive Apparel and Manufacturing Package (CAMP) is a MUST

Responsible for Module/project review, escalations, quality assurance, tasks completion, delivery

of the tasks, customer interface & project status reporting for the Module/project.

Have exposure to high quality systems and processes as per Software Industry norms.

Key skills include – COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS, VSAM, Good programming knowledge and understanding the

Domain with high productive standards and excellent communication and leadership skills.
