Executive (Facilities)- Operations and Projects
Responsibilities:

  • Should be able handle housekeeping and pantry services
  • Experienced in handling vendors and contractors
  • Facilities management
  • Co-ordination with Facilities and Security Team
  • Vendor Co-ordination
  • Resolving the internal customer problems.
  • MIS reports / F&B / Pantry / Stationery / Admin expenses
  • Conduct facility tours during the client visits.
  • Adhere to policies and guidelines
  • Maintaining periodic check lists

Experience:

  •  Minimum 2 – 3 years experience in facilities management.
  •  Preferably from housekeeping back ground.

Skills required: 

  • Excellent communications skills, written and verbal
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and customer services
  • Good planning and organisational skills
  • Sound knowledge in MS Excel and Word.
