Position Regional Service Manager-HR
Work Location Delhi, Gurgaon

Responsibilities

  • The incumbent will be owner of entire HR delivery for the region (ie North India) and about 600+ employees in the assigned business units
  • It primarily involves:
  • Independently responsible for the entire recruitment process (using channels like bank’s website, jobsites, employee referral scheme, placement agencies & campus recruitment etc)
  • Taking care of new joinee induction
  • Driving mentorship programme of new joinees
  • Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) in the region for the employees for their queries/concerns etc
  • Communicating the pulse of the region to the management
  • Taking open house meetings for employees in the region
  • Exit interviews and seeing through undergoing trends
  • Ensuring HR operations through the backend team
  • Driving training initiatives
  • Ensuring adherence to TAT on all HR services matters in sync with organization culture
  • The role involves a significantly high degree of interaction with line managers and other employees
  • A highly demanding job that requires one to be on his toes all the time where every day a new day with new set of challenges
  • This position will be assisted by one contractual staff
  • Band: Dy Manager/Manager

Requirements

  • MBA from a premier institute only (eg TISS/Symbiosis and the likes) from 2003 to 2006 batches only
  • Besides good academics, the can-do attitude, willing to dirty one’s hands and high energy levels is must!
  • Given the large geography some amount of travel will also be involved
  • A very high degree of personal effectiveness & professionalism is expected from the incumbent
