Job Description

  1. Preparation of Invoice
  2. Bank Receipt/Payment Entries
  3. Petty Cash Management
  4. Managing Administration work
  5. Managing Deliveries/Stock etc.
  6. Generating various reports.
  7. Coordination with Branches for MIS activites
  8. Purchase  related work including import and customs duty Payments.
  9. Excise and services tax related matters.
  10. Import, Export  matters,etc.
  11. Daily operation for Mumbai OFFICE, Import clearance
  12.  Handle shipment from overseas, follow up with customs, create sales order form, Purchase order form

 

 

Requirements

2 – 5 years of experience in the related field.
B.Com. / M.Com.
