Cisco seeks an Account Manager. In this role you will be responsible to Build relationships within all layers of named accounts. Business planning (write and agree to business plans). Business reporting (monthly forecast, weekly commt, pipeline development).Requires a minimum degree in a technical discipline or equivalent and 8+ years account management experience in a fast-growth, high technology company. Must have experience handling multi million $ sales targets . Strong selling skills in large accounts as well as sound knowledge and experience in selling complex IT solutions. Must be a self-starter and strong closer, with multi-tasking ability. Understanding of large business organizations and their buying cycles is preferred. Demonstrated experience with solution selling desired. Experience selling in a high technology and networking industry and knowledge of LAN and/or WAN networks is preferred as well as experience in selling TCP/IP or SNA networking products.
