  • Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Technical lead on a project to improve systems or processes, or on a small release.
    • Suggest / implement improvement to our labs, processes, equipment or automation.
    • Improve the productivity of the group.
    • Strong voice for QA in program meetings and/or bug disposition meetings.
    • Take on individual or small team projects: set goals, document and implement.
 
 
·         Required Skills & Knowledge:
 
  •  
    • Hands on knowledge of testing modern 3G CDMA( EVDO/ 1xRTT voice and Data), wireless networks, SOHO network elements, in multiple areas, such as call processing, traffic capacity, admission control, power control, hand-off.
    • Knowledge of testing CDMA 1xRTT, 1xEVDO technologies.
    • Experience in the Software engineering and QA process. Hands-on technical leadership of the allotted area.
    • Responsible for creating & maintaining test plans, reviewing and reporting bugs.

Responsible for designing, implementing, modifying, testing and maintaining of RNC software for the NT 1xEvDO network.

  • RNC feature development, enhancement and maintenance
    • Understand the EvDO RNC code base.
    • Enhance / implement features in the Linux based development environment.
