Informatica Administrator – 1 position
Designation: Sr. Software engineer
Experience: 2 – 4 years
Location: Bangalore

Job description:

  • Maintain Informatica systems as assigned by checking the server logs, pager/email for any alerts on the system
  • Be available on problem calls when needed for Informatica
  • Check Peregrine ticket queue and respond to and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Administer Informatica with routine maintenance and fixes whenever necessary
  • Deploy application or system changes to any of these Informatica servers as requested by change request or by the team lead or manager
  • Tune applications and system parameters and help fix application issues as needed
  • Support batch job runs and fix problems with batch as needed
  • Generate procedures/documentation whenever necessary
  • Ability to support all different level of clients
  • Must be able to work with DBAs in order to fix problems with Informatica as required
  • Informatica administration skills on UNIX platform at L2 level – Mandatory
  • Experience of working in a production environment
