Job Description The Financial Analyst will be responsible for the creation, validation, quality control and distribution of defined management reports to all recipient CPOs, Regions and Global, in the timelines, quality standards and consistency defined by the processes of the project

 Responsible for the production of Actual reports (Weekly, monthly, Quarterly), Full year reports (Budget, LEs, Strategic Planning) such as: Fast Financial report and Books, Matrix reports (sales and M&S), sales, headcount and personnel expenses and generally all reports defined for the entities defined in scope.
 Supports the production of internal Executive reporting, which includes for example, ECN, PEC reports by performing basic analysis for target CPOs.
 Responsible for the Quality in the design of the reports following the defined Conventions and Standards, ensuring Validations are build in and Quality Procedures are followed.
 Respects Key Performance indicators defined and improves them constantly
 Responsible for accuracy, consistency and timeliness of reports, based on defined processes and KPIs

Minimum requirements University degree preferably in Finance / Business related subject
 Fluent (oral & writing) in English. Other languages (particularly German) would be beneficial but are not essential
 Minimum 2 – 6 years experience in a business/financial capacity within a blue-chip multinational environment
 Ability to use financial controlling tools.
