Job Title  : Technical Architect- Java, J2EE
Pre-Requisites : Responsible for system level architecture/design decisions and large scale distributed systems.
Evaluate and compare competitive solutions and technologies for solving software problems.
Owner of the system design and ensuring reusability of components.
Work on high availability and load balancing aspects of the system.
Evaluating new frameworks as might be relevant to the execution of projects.
Have good idea of performance tuning and scalability required for software systems.
Implement best practices/design patterns and continuously coach/mentor team members.
Assess the reusability of components and propagate the same to different products within the organization.
Contribute to the knowledge sharing across organization.
Implementing monitoring process to know the health of production systems.
Technology / Specialization : Java / J2EE
Location : Chennai.
Experience : 7 plus years 
Qualification : BE / MCA.
