The CRM Product Management  Team in Bangalore is responsible for the definition of the roadmap of certain parts of the CRM  solution. As a member of the you will work as an interface between CRM customers, Partners, Analysts, (consulting, sales, pre-sales) and the internal stakeholders such as  development, quality management and knowledge management. You will be driving the product definition and the roll-out to the market of a specific SAP CRM component.

WORK EXPERIENCE

You should have 5+ years of business/IT experience and worked in a similar position in a large IT/consulting company or as a professional in the CRM area (within or outside SAP). Alternatively, you should be an MBA from a good institute.

As the ideal candidate, you will possess:
Wide exposure to business processes for sales, marketing, or service.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of building strong relationships and establishing credibility with customers, consultants, and industry analysts
Good project management experience and skills with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously

Develop and execute against an Execution Plan to maximize SAP’s growth in line of business and the overall market and develop high quality, market leading solutions.

Deliver the solution to each of market channel’s, including sales, professional services, and partners.
Ensure Channel success to scale in Selling, Implementing & Servicing the solution .

Senior Business Systems Analyst for Projects & Services

Automation Control Solutions (ACS) is a $9B business and one of four major business units of Honeywell.  ACS has initiated a major initiative to introduce common business processes in ACS which will facilitate growth, meet customer needs, reduce cycle times, and run at the lowest cost possible at error-free rates.  The project is called CP/S — Common Process/Common System. The CP/S mission is to introduce best in class industry practices and state of the art functional excellence in Order Management, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Logistic, Finance and in our Project and Services Business. This role will participate in cross functional, global teams to design and implement standardized processes, preparing the ACS organization to switch from current operating systems to an SAP based system. To support this major business process change, ACS is implementing a sophisticated SAP technical architecture that includes ECC 5.0, SRM, APO, Portal, XI, and BW.  We are currently in the deployment
phase of the project following a success pilot implementation in April, 2007. Over the next five years, the CP/S application will be implemented globally across the ACS business with an expected 20,000 users when fully implemented.

The Senior Business systems analyst projects and services (PS / CS) provides configuration expertise needed to effectively implement the PS / CS modules at the 4.7/5.0 Release Level.
The senior business systems analyst Projects and Services will work as a member of the projects and services team during the pilot implementation, following the successful go live of the pilot the business systems analyst will support multiple implementation projects (multi-task) as part of the ERP COE for the CP/S program.
The following activities are part of the scope:
Configuring the SAP system to meet the business requirements for projects and services.
Supporting the project teams in the design and realization of the global blue print.
During the roll-out transferring the business knowledge on the new projects and services processes and the IT solutions to the implementation teams.
-Requirements gathering with the business for RICE-F deliverables, testing of the RICE-F deliverables, business project team training on the newly developed RICE-F deliverables..
The Senior Business systems analyst projects and services will generally aid the project teams in whatever tasks as necessary to have the SAP system available meeting business requirements.
Support the projects and services (PS / CS) functional/process configuration deliverables, performing on schedule, within budget, with highest quality
Can work remotely, in a different time zone with limited supervision.
Is recognized as an expert supporting the PS / CS modules of SAP or has extensive experience implementing projects and services processes in other leading ERP packages (Oracle, QAD etc)

Willingness to travel extensively internationally – 30-50% at times

Experience/Education Required/Sought:

SAP R/3 PS / CS business process configuration/knowledge acquired through either SAP’s Partner Academy or customer offered curriculum
At least two, preferably more than three prior R/3 PS / CS implementation experience; either as a team member or consultant.  This should equate to a minimum of 3-7 years of R/3 experience.
Knowledge of the Projects and Services business processes.
Experience with specifications, development and testing of RICE-F work in PS / CS
Bachelors in related field.  Must have minimum 3 years related projects and services process design experience.
