We have a requirement with our client at Bangalore for a Project Manager well versed on J2ee concepts.

The Role

*   Manage a team comprising of Java (J2EE, J2ME), Database and Microsoft technology developers

*   Work effectively with the product and other teams to deliver the product vision

*   Hire, train, supervise, motivate, and develop the software development team

*   Manage the software development life cycle including estimating engineering effort and cost

*   Manage ongoing maintenance of the product and the addition of new functionality and features

*   Provide input to improve the development processes and methodologies

*  Contribute to the strategy and planning for the product

*  Evaluate technical options and help architect a complex multi tier software system

Educational Qualification & Experience:

BE/BTech/MCA/MSc/ME/MTech with at least 3 years years of experience in a managerial / lead platform managing software development teams – i.e. project management experience.

Additional Requisites

*  Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to deliver quality products on time

*  Good communication skills (both written and oral)with the ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels with varying backgrounds

*  Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills

*  Versatile, flexible, and a willingness to enthusiastically work within constantly changing priorities
