Position: Peoplesoft Technical Developer X 4 positions

Location: Kuala Lumpur
Industry: Software Development

Position: Full time Permanent
Salary: Depending on Experience

Technical Developer

Overview of Job

• Responsible for delivering system design and program specifications.
• Participate in the software development work.
• Ensures development meet the user defined requirement and program specifications.
• Ensure all development projects are completed according to plan.
• Liaises with users to determine the detail requirements for the applications and translate into technical design
• Perform testing, implementation and documentation of new developed applications including unit test reports
• Conduct training for users if necessary for in-house developed systems
• Troubleshooting of any technical problem.
• Assists in the analysis, evaluations and recommendation of new application and technology appropriate to the company
• Reports directly to the Application manager.


Technical Developer

• Minimum Degree holder.
• Peoplesoft technical training course certification (E.g. People Tools, SQR, Application Engine.,)

Working Experience
• At least 4 year(s) of working experience in PeopleSoft system technically
• Must have technical working knowledge of Peoplesoft HRMS/Global Payroll system version v8.x.
• Good Payroll Functional knowledge on PeopleSoft HRMS/Global v8.x.
• Must have good understanding on PeopleSoft architecture and Security Administration.
• Experience on PeopleSoft HRMS/Global Payroll table structure, People Tools, SQR, Application Engine and component interface is a must.
• Preferred candidate with experience in, PL/SQL and Oracle database
• Must have experience in the engagement and implementation for MNCs


Required Skills
• Communication
Good written and verbal communication inq English
Ability to communicate clearly and able to articulate ideas.
Strong listening skills, displays patience and good comprehension
Goodq Interpersonal skills

• Managing
Good interaction with peopleq of all levels
Must be able to work under pressure
Ability to resolveq problems

• Must be a fast learner and able to work under tight deadlines
