Optimserv Inc is looking for technical recruiters having following skills.

• 3 to 5 years previous recruiting experience within a technical agency or consulting firm.
• Full lifecycle candidate management including identification, interview preparation and closing.
• Identify the qualified candidates using various databases, internet tools, networking and prospecting.
• identify key talent and manage the recruiting process, Strong experience in salary negotiation
• Ability to assess candidate’s technical ability; identify and match candidate’s behavioral traits.
• Exceptional networking skills and time management skills
• Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment.

We offer an excellent compensation package, including a base salary and an exceptional commission plan.
