• 5+ years experience in developing consumer based websites
• Led at least two web product developments
• B.E/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech/Phd from a premier institute (Computer science degree highly preferable)

Skills:
• Extensive technical expertise in latest web technologies
• Knowledge of Internet applications and protocols
• Rapid prototyping and product development
• Strong sense of usability aspects of web products
• Exceptional analytical, communication and organization skills
• Hard working and flexible in order to  finish tasks with pressing deadlines

LAMP
Flash, Action Scripting, AMF
Rapid development frameworks
AJAX
XML, HTML,DHTML, CSS, Java Script

Responsibilities
• Responsible for building dynamic and interactive web applications and new innovative features
• Strategically evaluate and implement new technologies that result in compelling consumer products
• Engage in all aspects of development – coding, testing and quality assurance
• Float inventive ideas to make the product best in its category
• Direct, build, and mentor rest of the product development team
