Senior Software Engineer -Delphi

B.S. Computer Science or Equivalent with 5+ years of industry experience.


Object-Oriented programming skills
Windows/COM and XML skills
Experience designing and programming large object oriented Windows applications and software systems
Experience in Delphi programming, a plus
Excellent Written and oral communication skills.

Software engineering fundamentals including design and analysis of computational algorithms, data structure design, and implementation, documentation and testing.
Significant experience with relevant technologies and programming languages.
Experience with executing software projects through the complete software engineering process.
Knowledge and understanding of high level, abstract design approaches and patterns that can be used to provide the foundational design context for software components.
Team/Leadership Skills

Effectively collaborates with peers and team leaders from all functions involved in the create the offering process.
Effectively Influence others to insure appropriate levels of quality on owned software component(s)
Effectively works with non-technical staff including senior product and business management.
Arbitrates disagreements and make decisions while maintaining effective working relationships.
Coaches other Software Engineers to facilitate professional develop
