Job Description:

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for growing clients and developing new business by utilizing a consultative sales approach.
Business development through client development.
Account Management and business closures.
Client relationship management.
The BDM will have access to significant back end support.

Desired Profile:

Domestic Staffing Experience a MUST. (Do not apply if you don’t posses any relevant experience)
Ability to sell IT Staffing services to clients and develop business through outbound sales calls, networking, meetings, and client visits etc
Minimum 2 years successful direct sales in Domestic Staffing services.
One must be able to demonstrate success in obtaining and maintaining accounts and possess a strong work ethic.
Excellent influence and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Strong desire to succeed.
