Position: Technical Program Manager

Job Description:
Will have overall technical delivery responsibility on the projects.

Desired Profile:
An ideal candidate is one, who has risen through the technical ranks to more recent project management/ technical lead experience. Would be excited at the opportunity to wear multiple hats, and motivate, nurture and lead a team of highly dedicated and educated professionals towards a common goal. Representative skill set would include all or most of the following:
• At least 4 years of overall IT experience.
• At least 2 years of programming experience.
• At least 2 years of project management experience managing team sizes greater than 4.
• Interested in working for a fast growing entrepreneurial organization and passionate about building a company.
• Interested in process building activities like ISO or CMM certification.
• Exposure to enterprise application development preferably in Microsoft .Net
• Solid communication and client interaction skills.
• Some exposure to creative development.
• Interested in learning new technologies
• Excellent people management skills.
• Good communication. Public speaking skills will be a big plus.
• At least a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a reputed college in India.
• High aptitude, strong educational background and/or academic honors are a big plus.

Scope of function : To attend in bound calls and provide customer service

Location : Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai

Reports to : Team leader

Age : 21 to 40

Education : Should be a graduate. Preferably non-MBA/ non- Technical educational background

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To handle customer query efficiently and resolve all issues in first instance
  • To meet the customers’ needs and provide customer satisfaction.
  • Wherever required up sell the appropriate product to all customers at the most profitable rate that can be achieved
  • To meet the customers’ needs in order to provide satisfaction
  • To meet business targets for both quantity and quality

WORK EXPERIENCE & OTHER ABILITES REQUIRED:

  • Basic IT
  • Knowledge of Customer Service
  • Telephone
  • Business etiquette
  • Customer service – voice and listening comprehension
  • Prior experience in a Voice based process would be preferred
