Job Description:
Purpose of the role:
• To develop and deploy an HR Strategy and Recruitment Strategy which supports the overall business strategy while ensuring and monitoring personal skill development of each employee.
• Facilitate change management throughout the company, ensuring adherence to HR Policies.
• To construct and continually improve a ‘rewards program’ that incentives’ superior performance and goal achievement.

Job Description:
• Provide an HR focus towards organizational development, organizational effectiveness and strategic planning.
• Maintain the appraisal process and help ‘map’ career paths for each individual to ensure that training processes facilitate their achievement.
• Work cohesively with all OS2i departments to resolve all ‘human relations’ issues with reference to all employees and enforce a collaborative work environment.
• Design ‘retention’ plans, calculate attrition rates and implement processes to reduce attrition rates and retain best talent within the company.
• Culture management: ensure that all employees follow the OS2i behaviors and thus continually develop the organization culture and maintain the work environment.
• Continually develop ‘reward systems’ that recognize superior performance.
• Continually analyze HR systems and processes and formulate methods to improve these in order to enhance employee productivity.

Recruitment:
• Lead, train and develop internal recruiters
• Identify and develop new recruitment strategies
• Set and manage recruitment targets

Succession Planning:
• Talent Management: Develop organizational talent to maximize human potential and mentor individuals to develop talent.
• Assess the readiness for change, and design and implement change processes with the help of an appropriate change strategy.
• Use surveys and other tools to provide information to create an effective and efficient work environment.

Additional Information:
• A person who has managed employee strength of minimum 200 people.
• Preferably from ITES/BPO.
• Minimum 2 years of HR – manager experience.
• Ideally a member of National HR. (Advantage).

Salary Range – 4.0 lacs – 4.2 lacs.
