Oracle Apps Finance-Functional Consultant: 4 -6 yrs

Essential Functions (Responsibilities):

. Design Solutions for meeting Business Needs for ERP and Integration with related Systems working closely with other COEs
. Strong leadership in guiding a team of Solution Engineers and Module Experts to develop solutions- quicker, faster and at low costs.
. Develop a team of Solution Engineers in India to be able to meet the COE needs and also able to select and lead contract staff for supporting them.
. Provide estimates for the projects.
. Provide clear guidelines for Data Conversion and drive the process rigor to achieve lower error rates.
. Act as Design Gatekeepers to ensure compliance with Global Standards of Set-up and Process Maps.
. Develop Repeatable Implementation Methods for rapid rollouts.
. Organize Boot Camp for New Projects
. Support the Release, CMQA , Production Support Teams in assessing impacts due to Change requests and support high severity issues.

. BE in Engineering or CPA in Finance
. Management Degree preferred
. Proven Oracle Application ( e-Business Suite) 4 to 6 years design/Implementation experience in a global environment with knowledge of AIM methodology.
. Knowledge in one or more areas of Finance .
. Excellent leadership, organizational, interpersonal and oral/written communication skills.
. Have very good consultative skills and ability to provide leadership to build consensus around solutions.

. Experience managing large in-house design team along with contractor-staffed teams.
. Knowledge of Software Development Practices.
