Sapient is looking for following professional.
Title: Manager – Program Management
Location: Gurgaon, Bangalore
Total work exp required: 8 – 11 yrs
o 5+ years project management experience in successfully delivering internet solutions, preferably in a client-service organization
o Led diverse teams of 25 or more people in dynamic and fast-paced environments
o Accountability for budget or client revenue of $6mm+
o 3+ years of client management experience with primary accountability for peer-level client relationships at the executive level
o Experienced multiple full project lifecycles from business development to final delivery
o Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously (preferably in an integrated program)
o Experience using object oriented design and development methodologies
o Led teams with multiple discipline representation (especially technology, creative, and strategy)
o Direct managerial responsibility for 5 or more individuals
o Ability to work effectively with project teams and clients
