Quark  is  recruiting  Technical Support Associates

To handle technical queries on-line from Quark users globally.

Qualification & Skills

* Graduates/BCA/BE/MBA with excellent communication skills in English.

* Minimum 12 months experience in Inbound/Outbound (Voice/Email) International Call center in customer care/technical/telemarketing process.

* Excellent computer skills, trouble shooting techniques, ability to multi-task and work independently.

* Hands on experience in MAC OSX, QuarkXPress or any well known pagination software preferred.

* Exposure to Publishing Industry and Graphic Designing will be a plus.
