Primarily people who not only know C# and its advanced features but also have a solid understanding of distributed application architectures.

In particular:
* .NET Remoting
* SOA
* Enterprise Library
* Concepts of when and where particular layers should be used
* Caching and exception concepts

Also, anybody that has proven skills in analyzing and re-factoring existing applications in C#. This implies that you understand the best practices of application design and implementation.

We are malaysian based company with its client base in malaysia and singapore.
We are constantly seeking Oracle Consultants for our clients in Singapore/Malayasia for permanent and contract posts.

Responsibilities:
Support global operations of the Company’s Oracle ERP Applications instance
Investigate issues within Oracle Application functionality to determine root cause of the problems & resolve them
Prioritize & manage issues assigned within guidelines provided
Create & manage TARs with the Oracle support organization as required in order to resolve Oracle functionality or data issues
Work with the other global team members in developing & testing of customized solutions related to Oracle Application
Proactively monitor key business processes & work with end users to streamline business processes using Oracle functionality & improve the efficiency
Develop functional & technical specifications to address new business requirements
Document detailed processes & procedures & train end users

Requirements:
2 yrs’ experience in Oracle application systems & 3 yrs as business / support analyst in an Oracle Applications environment
Strong functional/technical/hands-on experience of Oracle Applications CRM and/or Distribution modules
Familiarize & experience with CRM and/or Distribution Business processes
Knowledge of EDI process & tools (Gentran GIS/Oracle e-Commerce Gateway) & experience with JSP, HTML, Java & JavaScript are an added advantage
Ability to think logically & adapt to using the Oracle tools including SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports & Oracle Discover
