Reporting to: Director – Clients R&D Center
Intelligently manage day to day schedules, appointments and meeting/calendar invites. To ensure there are minimal conflicts and confusion with respect to meetings, sessions.
Proactively interact with functional groups for setting up meetings, 1x1s(one on one’s) and skip level meetings.
Manage travel schedules (Domestic/International – bookings).
Take complete ownership for the entire group with respect to administrative and operations (such as Org structure, seating/cube arrangements, procurement, materials management ).
Spear head the induction formalities for all new joinees for a particular group.
Collate weekly status reports for management meets.
Interact with other external Our Clients Groups across multiple locations.
Setting up conference calls and manage overall day to day secretarial activities.

Must have extremely pleasant attitude and outgoing personality
Must be self driven and work with minimal or nil reminders
Must have high energy levels and aspirations to grow functionally
Must have excellent communication skills
Must be a ‘out of the box’ thinker!
Must be conversant in the usage of MS Office suite of tools ( MS-Word,Excel, Power Point etc)

Siebel Lead/Senior Lead Openings With an US Based MNC in Bangalore

Job Description
*Lead, participate in gathering business requirements, understand and interpret specification documents and translate them into Siebel application based Solutions.
*Support and Maintain the Siebel application as per agreed service level agreements.
*Provide technical/user documentation and training; perform peer reviews of work items produced at various stages of the project.
*Effectively communicate with various teams and stakeholders, escalate technical and managerial issues at the right time and resolve conflicts.
*Demonstrate passion for quality and productivity by use of efficient development techniques, standards and guidelines.
*Perform effort estimation for various implementation and enhancement activities; meet project deliverables as per requirements, on time within budgets.
*Analyze development or support requests in to technical design, develop appropriate solution, prepare test plans, develop test cases, do testing and fix bugs reported.
*Participate in project review meetings; adhere to project on quality and assurance standards as part of project execution.

*Minimum 6 to 9 years experience in customer facing applications like Siebel with at least 3 years full life cycle experience in implementation and support of Siebel applications in Siebel Sales module.
*Must have in depth, hands on technical experience Siebel EAI, EIM, eScript, Workflow, VBC, integration objects, Business Services, property sets and XML.
*Must have experience using report designer (Actuate).
*Experience with Informatica ETL tool is an added advantage.
*Strong troubleshooting skills (interpreting log files and SQL statement etc)
*Should have very good technical expertise and strong business skills, as he/she will lead the team in delivering solutions on Siebel Application.
*Must be aware of implementation and testing process of enterprise applications like ERP, CRM etc.
*Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with credibility at all levels of the organization and a team player outlook with the ability to work well with peers.
*Excellent oral and written communication skills.
