Position: Team Leader/Technical Architect – Java

Location: Noida

Description:

Incumbent should have min. 7-9 yrs of total experience in Software Application.

The person should have min 3-4 yrs. of current experience on Java technology, primarily focusing on Core Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlets, JDBC and Beans.

Also the candidate should have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Position will be responsible for playing the role of technical team lead on software projects. As a technical team lead he / she provides mentoring and coaching within a team, as well as taking part in the development process itself and ensure that the project delivery meets the technical and quality requirements as set by standard processes.

Responsibilities:
* „« Technical Team Lead should be able to do analysis and design software systems.
* should be able to demonstrate strong platform knowledge and experience in Java/JSP/J2EE and be an expert in programming language.
* should be able to use development tools and techniques in software projects.
* should be able to work productively in development environment using development methodology that is being used or should be able to incorporate a development methodology in the project.
* should be able to present and communicate effectively with clients, with team members and with management.
* should be able to provide effective mentoring to his / her team members and other technical members when required.
* should be able to gather and understand business requirements.

Education:
B.Tech / MCA or equivalent from a reputed Institute
