FINO Team writes on VentureWoods :

FINO – which stands for Financial Information Network & Operations – is an offshoot of ICICI Bank

FINO is a new venture in the technology services space looking to transform the rural/micro landscape and the way commerce takes place. We call ourselves a financial and information supply-chain into the customer household – the proverbial last-mile.

We are on the lookout for world-class people with amazing challenges in store. First we are looking for people with a flair for product development. The challenge here is to think, conceptualise, link and solutionise. A simple product could be ’smart card solution for dairy co-operatives to capture milk produce’. Work-ex, background in smart cards, a b-school degree would be handy; but an analyticial bent of mind is a must.

We are also looking at getting in 1/2 management trainees who would help us plan out the business architecture. In this you would be exposed to loads of information, from different people with different perspectives and will provide a good platform to see an organisation grow. Again non-negotiables are ability to think, analyse, structure and simplify.
