UI DESIGNERS
Highly artistic Photoshop magicians who knows the current web 2.0 design trend. Have been doing professional designs for at least over a year or so. We would love those who have been visualizing what the next wave of web 3.0 design would be. If you know how CSS/HTML will react to your design, that would be a definitely plus.
You are aware of web standards, knows how to code table-less design, aware of CSS-Browser hacks and have been working with Web Development with CSS/HTML/XHTML for over a year.
We’re looking for highly geeky developers who are PHP hackers, proficient in frameworks – fusebox, cake, symphony, et al. Knowledge of Ajax would be a definitive advantage. Should have worked as a Server Side Programmer for over 2 years. Knowledge of Java, C# would be a definite plus.
Someone who can administer Linux servers, good knowledge of SVN, Trac, backup mechanism and who have good experience with hardware/networking. Perl programming knowledge would be a real plus. If you have a hacking history, wow! we love that.
