Skills:
-2 to 4 years of experinece in testing
-Web product (JAVA or PHP) Testing Experinece
-Manual Testing
-Automated Test Tools
-Functionality Testing
-Creation of Test Cases and Execution
-Knowledge of database concepts
-Knowledge of Unit Testing frameworks
-Good knowledge on Web accessbility, usability

-Knowldge on emerging testing frameworks

Essential:-
-Strong customer service focus and mentality
-Strong oral and written communication skills

Qualifications :
-We believe skill is more valuable than traditional education, so any graduate with a dose of thinking beyond traditional pattern.
