Shold have worked in product development from scratch(Managed Product development)

Should be versatile with multiple technologies and platforms ( Have a perspective on technology) With Emphasis in Java,J2EE Technology.

Ability to communicate and present ideas.

Ability to manage teams( Proven track record if having lead a project with 20 – 30 resources)

Experience in workflow systems Have a sound conceptual knowledge and good in algorithams

Should have worked in BFSI
