Dear All
I dont really understand in what sense the location is so specific? A telephonic interview could get an oppurtunity for someone like me who is living in the UK. Relocation takes not more than 24 hours to land in Bangalore once the offer is confirmed. Is there any reason behind why SAP labs looking people from bangalore itself? I am SD certified and on a serious job hunt.
Thanks and Have a fantastic day !!

Hi Suhail,
by not making an international call
?
We echo your thought, however many a times companies go for that option i.e. recruiting job seekers who are in India because that reduces the recruitment time (end to end process) and also they want to save money
We think there are various such small reasons which they can avoid and recruit people from anywhere ..as you said it take hardky 9 hrs to travel from UK to India.
All the best,

Well Sushmita I agree wit your point … But what about recruiting from nearby states (tamilnadu etc)…? I believe STD calls aint that much expensive .Just to add that, SAP labs has asked for freshers from Bangalore only not the whole of India… still figuring out the solid reason behind that ..there should be something else.
I appreciate your time in replying
Thanks again
